We pay strict attention to the quality of all our products All our dishes labeled « homemade » are cooked with fresh ingredients. All our beef is French and locally sourced from Normandy farms. Our pastries are made in-house and our home made ice creams include specialities such as the pear sorbet with pear liqueur.
From 2012, the restaurant holds the « Label Normandie Qualité Tourisme » to reward its traditionnal Norman cuisine.
